Garage floor benefits

Whether you want to install epoxy garage flooring in your Atlanta's home or in your auto repair shop or dealership, our epoxy floor coatings come with tons of benefits for every residential or commercial garage and car park.

Benefits
Hardwearing Icon

Hardwearing

Epoxy cures to a rigid plastic finish that is incredibly strong when bonded well to the garage floor. Our epoxy flooring is Non-Flammable and Chemical Resistant and can withstand daily wear and tear, as well as hot tire marking, road salts and machine oils, without losing its appearance.

Concrete Sealing Icon

SEALS AND PROTECTS

Concrete is a strong material, but it is porous and prone to cracking and staining. Because epoxy coatings cure to a rigid plastic material which is much stronger and more flexible, they act as a bandage on top of the concrete slab, protecting it from damage and stains.

UV Stable Icon

UV STABLE & MOISTURE RESISTANT

The topcoats we use are 100% UV stable, preventing discoloration and yellowing under direct sunlight. Our basecoats resist moisture and form a waterproof barrier, keeping your new garage floor from lifting and peeling.

Easy To Clean Icon

EASY TO CLEAN

Thanks to its non-porous surface, epoxy garage flooring is very easy to clean and maintain, requiring only a damp mop and mild floor detergent. A simple regular cleaning schedule can help you keep your garage floor looking brand new for longer.

optional ANTI-SLIP

To prevent slip and fall accidents, we can include an optional anti-slip agent to the final coat of your garage flooring. When you choose epoxy flake flooring, the flakes provide a subtle texture that can act as a slight grip.

DECORATIVE

Epoxy garage flooring is available in a wide range of colors and finishes. To match your interior design, choose from a solid color, an epoxy flake finish, or our one of a kind metallic epoxy floor finish.

Garage Floor Installation Process

Step 1. Floor Preparation

Every long lasting garage floor starts with an extensive floor preparation. If the concrete floor is not clean and porous enough, your new garage floor is destined to start lifting and peeling soon after installation. This is why, we spend a lot of time mechanically grinding the top layer of the concrete, until we achieve correct profiling and remove any traces of old paints, oils, stains, dirt and grime.

Step 2. Floor Repair

Once the concrete is back to a clean slate, we move onto repair any cracks, holes and imperfections in the floor. This step is crucial for the structural integrity of your new garage floor.

Step 3. Base Coat

Depending on the epoxy finish you have chosen the floor application process varies slightly. We start every floor by applying a base coat, followed by vinyl flake chips for flake floor finish, or metallic pigments for metallic epoxy flooring.

Final step for your new garage flooring is to apply a protective UV stable topcoat. The top coat is designed to prevent discoloration, protect your floor from stains, abrasion, scratches and chips.
